Osler Undertakes allows our teams to create, manage, collaborate, track and efficiently document undertakings, refusals and under advisements. This collaborative system enables close cooperation between Osler’s lawyers, as well as between Osler and its clients. It enables the more efficient management of undertakings as part of large, complex, multi-year litigation matters through unique capabilities such as answer tracking and reassignment of questions. It is, however, simple enough to use with smaller scale matters.

Osler Undertakes is a role based solution that establishes a highly organized workflow to move through capturing undertakings, approving them, assigning them to Osler’s and its client’s lawyers for additional work, finalizing answers and related (contextual) documents and other relevant collaterals, that once approved will be documented in the form of a chart accompanied by relevant digital assets such as electronic files.

Osler Undertakes is built on the widely used, highly secure Microsoft Azure cloud solution. It is a modern, user focused, web based tool that follows the same design principles found in widely used popular tools most people are now familiar with.
